Olsztyńskie Zakłady Sieci Rybackich has been brought to life on 1 October 1953 and its products were placed on the domestic markets and abroad.

August 17, 2001, the company has evolved into a company of the State Treasury under the name Zakłady Sieci Rybackich SA.

August 1, 2011, the company was placed in liquidation, which lasted until 31 July 2014.

Currently - from 1-st August 2014  - the company is privately owned and is part of the Firma Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowa "Krys-Mar".
